No we’re not. The individuals who will be performing the comparable search will be licensed Real Estate Agents in your area. Who better knows your market values, trends and conditions than these area experts? The information we will be providing will be a Comparative Market Analysis, Not an Appraisal.
Do you provide appraisals?
No we don't. You can get referrals to licensed appraisers from our member agents. An appraisal license is completely different that the real estate license our members hold.
Why provide free Comps?
Great Question. Considering the average Comparable Market Analysis takes hours when done properly, this service certainly has value. Our service providers are licensed, active Real Estate Agents. In Every case they will send information about themselves along with your Comps. Our goal is to provide a valuable service and make you aware of the professional who provided that service. In the event you found the information useful and plan to use the services of a Licensed Real Estate Professional, then we believe you’re more likely to use someone already familiar with the property and who’s professionalism you’ve already seen. In short, it’s a chance for you to not only get the information your after but to allow a licensed Agent to begin earning your business.
How do I get my estimate?
We send your information to you via the email address provided when you are filling out our information form.
How long will I have to wait?
Typically we are able to get your information back to you within 8 business hours. In certain cases more time may be needed.
Will I get overwhelmed with agents calling me?
Definitely not. Only one pre-screened real estate agent will receive your information.
Can anyone use this service?
Certainly, Our only qualifications are that you are in fact the owner of the home being estimated, and aren’t represented by a licensed Real Estate Agent. There are regulations that prohibit our involvement with represented persons.
Do you sell this information?
Never ever. In fact the only information we want from you is all public record. Never disclose personal information such as loan balances or income to anyone including us. These play no part in determining the value of your home.

Our policy is to take the information you provide us through this site and forward it to ONE licensed agent. We then follow up in 8 business hours to make sure you’ve received your information, If not, then we select another agent and pass your information on to them. Your information is not kept by us on any server or other data base.
